The Founder and CEO of Darling & Guy, Maria is a proud graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in Fashion Design. A passionate artist and people lover, she has a true talent in meeting with individuals and teams, listening to their ideas and asking the right question to make their visions into reality. A recognized industry professional in Dallas, TX since 2012, Maria has been a part of many teams in the industry and successfully managed a custom apparel shop in Highland parrk, TX from 2014 – 2019 before take the leap into starting her own company established July 2020.

Hailing from Atlanta,GA Karen began her career in retail, first in stores, then in the buying office. Her passion for color and eye for trends was turned into successful merchandise for Bradlees, Target and Things Remembered. As luck would have it, her career took a turn and she ended up working as an executive recruiter for the last thirty years!! With more than 27 years of recruiting experience, Karen’s strong interpersonal skills have given her the ability to build trusting relationships with business leaders across a wide variety of industries. Karen is ready to get back to creating on the Darling & Guy team and to bringing great products to life!
Amberlynn Fraser

A transplant from the Old Dominion State and a proud Latina, Amberlynn has been immersed in the Content Writing and Advertising field in a professional capacity for over 5 years. Her passion for the field was fostered by family ties to the industry and a love of writing. However, with the development of social platforms, she fully embraced, taken courses, and has become certified in the next level of advertising: Google PPC and Facebook ads. When working with clients, she takes into account all aspects of their online brand, from content to the over all goal of the campaigns to build funnels and tailored advertising. The happiness of the client is always a top priority and a key performance indicator to Amberlynn and as such, she ensures open lines of communication to create the best marketing strategy for every business’s individual needs. Amberlynn is excited to be a part of the Darling & Guy team and looks forward to working with business leaders on their social media and marketing needs!

Richard graduated from the Art Institute in Dallas with a BFA in Interactive Media Design. He’s worked on the corporate side of news/broadcast media and designed for web companies with clients all over the US. He also has a BFA in Graphic Art, created logos for numerous businesses and over eleven years of experience in the web design and developer industry. Richard loves being creative and helping clients develop their online presence.
